Agoraphobia
Agoraphobia involves anxiety about being in places or situations where help may not be available should a panic attack occur, or in locations where escape could be difficult or embarrassing. These situations might include crowded areas, certain places, or even any location outside the home. If someone has agoraphobia, they either avoid these situations (for example, they might restrict their travel) or else endure them, but with marked distress or anxiety about panicking.
